When you select the Merchant Tab on the Menu, you are presented with 4 choices: Resource Market , Auctioneer , Scrap Merchant and Import/Export.

The merchant tab only used to include the Resource market, but in version 4.1.1 Auctioneer, Scrap Mercant and Import/Export were added.
