Sensor Phalanxes no longer show returning fleets of other players.
On 11/27/2007 version 0.78 was released and implemented into all universes. The changes consisted of bugfixes as well as Merchants and Expeditions.
On 2/16/2007 version 0.76 was released and implemented into all OGame universes. The changes included:
Adding an Officer's Casino, which gives you the option to hire advisors. Each advisor costs the same as a Commander subscription.
The available advisors are:
Fleet Admiral: Gives You +2 to your Fleet Slots
Engineer: Reduces the losses of the defense by 1/2 and + 10% to energy.
Geologist: +10% to mine production.
Technocrat: +2 to espionage level for probes and 25% less research time.
Many people have been outspoken about their displeasure with the Officers. Even a petition online has been made with the intention to send to Gameforge.
