Circular Message

The right/privilege to use the Circular Message function is given by the Founder or Leader of an Alliance. Once the right is acquired a message can be sent to every member of an alliance in one go or just to particular ranks of members.

Many Alliances have policies as to what can and cannot be posted via circular messages, so be sure to check on the rules of your alliance before you begin to post circular messages.
