Upgrading this technology allows you to go on more expeditions and to colonize more planets. At the moment this technology is only available in the redesign universes. In older Universes it was known as Expedition Technology. As the older universes (1-42) are updated, this feature will not be implemented.

Requirements:

• Espionage Technology (level 4)
• Impulse Drive (level 3)
• Research Lab (level 3)

Is Required For:

• Expeditions to Outer Space
• Gaining more Colonies. (Colonizing in Redesign Universes)

In-Game Description:

Further findings in the field of astrophysics allow for the construction of laboratories that can be fitted on more and more ships. This makes long expeditions far into unexplored areas of space possible. In addition these advancements can be used to further colonize the galaxies. For every two levels of this technology an additional planet can be utilized.
